Geo Ham’s striking design for the 1935 Monaco Grand Prix showcases a sleek silver Mercedes W25 leading a red Alfa Romeo P3 Tipo B against the sun-drenched backdrop of Monte Carlo. That year, Mercedes-Benz arrived with the most powerful Grand Prix cars ever seen, and Italian driver Luigi Fagioli dominated the race, leading from start to finish. Despite efforts from Scuderia Ferrari’s Alfa Romeos and a Maserati 6C, none could challenge the supremacy of the W25. This remains one of the most sought-after early racing posters, a testament to both Ham’s artistry and the era’s motorsport prowess.
