Geo Ham's 1936 Monaco Grand Prix poster features a sleek Auto Union steering a red Alfa Romeo into a dangerous bend, brilliantly portraying the intense competition between the German and Italian teams. The race was anything but quiet against the tranquil backdrop of Monaco's bay. Torrential rain caused the track to become chaotic, with several cars spinning out. Rudolf Caracciola expertly maneuvered his Mercedes W25 to triumph, eluding Varzi and Stuck's Auto Union C-Types.
